If you're not happy with your Novelyn BrewPro, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged or faulty items
If your BrewPro arrives damaged, stops working within 30 days, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You won't pay any shipping costs.

Changed your mind?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
